Lucy Mary Smith was born on July 8, 1924 in Salisbury, NC. where she passed away on August 4, 2014 at the age of 90 years old. She was the third of eight children born to the union of Coke N. and Lula F. Sawyer Gilliam.

Delayed interment - 10 a.m. Monday, August 18, at V.A. Cemetery of Salisbury.
